dog allergy to fleas review

Product Description

How it Works
Quickly. Easily. Monthly.

The active ingredient in PetArmor® is fipronil (the same as in Frontline® Top Spot®). PetArmor works the same way as Frontline Top Spot, providing full-body protection to help keep your pets flea and tick free. And they stay gone for 30 days. It's that simple. PetArmor is just as safe and effective as Frontline Top Spot.

PetArmor
PetArmor contains fipronil, so it kills fleas and ticks on your pet. Even new fleas that hatch later will be killed when they jump on your pet.

Prevention is the best medicine

As with most things in life, prevention is much easier and less expensive than treating an existing problem. Even a few fleas can spread throughout your home and be difficult to overcome. Using PetArmor medication every 30 days will protect your pet.

  • For dogs up 0-22 lbs.
  • 3 Dose Box.
  • Last up to 3 months.
  • Kills fleas, ticks and lice.
  • Fast, long lasting & waterproof.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very good product / Very questionable 1 star reviewers, September 10, 2011

My wife has been using this on her 12 pound Maltese for quite some time and it has worked like a charm with no ill effects. She asked me to check the Amazon price before ordering it from Wally World (I'm an Amazon guy, she's a Wal-Mart gal). Well the price was about the same so it will come from Wal-Mart (again). What was interesting though was I took a glance at the reviews and was surprised to see a bunch of one (1) star reviews. Now I know I'll take some heat from some reviewers because the following has NOTHING to do with the product. If you look close at the folks that rated it one star you will notice if you go to there "See all my reviews", they have no other reviews. Only the one star for Pet Armor. And all are within a general time frame and none (0) have bought the product on Amazon....hmmm. In contrast to that the folks that give Pet Armor a favorable review, five star, were more like average Amazon reviewers (including myself) that had lots of other products they... Read more

This drop has exactly the same ingredients Fipronil and(S)-Methoprene as Frontline Plus.
Everything is the same as Frontline Plus, except the price.
PetArmor kills fleas, ticks (including Lyme Disease carriers).
With these troubled times, I am glad to be saving money wherever possible and this is a fine product and fine way to start saving.
With your veterinarian's approval, I recommend it highly.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works just as well as Frontline., September 6, 2011

I've been using Frontline on my dog for 2 years now, ordering from an Australian website to save money. This is the same price as my Frontline from Australia except I don't have to pay for shipping.

I purchased it from Walmart and IT DOES WORK. The first week I put it on my dog we visited my sister who lives in the suburbs. When I got back to the city I found a dead flea on my dog. I was impressed. But I just found another dead flea after another visit to my sisters and it's been almost a month since I applied it last. Proof to me that this stuff works. If your dog already has a flea problem then you need something else to kill eggs. This is a preventative flea product. I've used K9 Advantix and that works really well for eggs and ticks too, but my dog's allergic to it (it burns her skin, she gets a scab and it makes her sick).
