We take our dogs out to a ranch a few times a year. In the past we've had some problems with ticks. We used to use BioSpot and we'd get home and notice they had big engorged ticks on them and have to carefully remove them. That stuff obviously was not working. We went out again this past weekend after switching to Fiproguard and the tick problem out there was MUCH worse than the last time. Unfortunately we had to put this stuff through a trial by fire. Our dogs got a lot of ticks on them and we'd pick them off when we saw them but missed a bunch. The next day we let them out of their kennels in the morning and there were dead ticks everywhere. They were all still small so it was obvious that they took a bite and then died. Not a single tick on all three of our dogs managed to dig in and start feeding.
