Trusted Costco's product thinking they had tested this! Stuck with it for 2 months and fleas got so bad I gave up. Gave my dog Capstar, took her to groomer for flea bath and washed rugs, bedding and vacummed, and sprayed house with flea spray. Then went out and bought Advantix which worked great. I did take Kirkland brand back to Costco and got full refund. (Misc.) We have three dogs and hosted three more for a couple of weeks. When the fleas found us, I applied Kirkland's flea treatment on the dogs, and Kirkland's cat version on our kitties. Sorry to say, it didn't work (I also bombed and sprayed the house and yard). (Misc.) My dog is eight years old and has never had a flea or tick. I used Frontline originally and switched to Vectra over the last few years per the advice of my Vet again, never seeing a flea or tick. Last week picked up the Kirkland flea and tick at Costco to try and save a few bucks. What a waste of money!!! My Shitzu is covered in ticks!! It is almost like the kirkland brand attracted the ticks! Now I have to take him to the groomer tomorrow to get him shaved. Thanks a lot Costco, what a rip off!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give this product negative stars |
