I have been using this since 1994. I have 3 kitties, all of which HATE the tube flea control..that's if you can catch them once you open the tube and they smell it..over furniture, under beds, the race is on! THEN if you are lucky enough to part the hair and get the tube close to their shoulder blades, wham, they shift in your ONE arm and you both get the flea treatment! With Zodiac, you put it on the carpet, and sweep it in and leave it till next time you vac. Put it in your vac bag to kill any you vac up. My 3 kitties are INDOOR ONLY. At the start of summer, Memorial Day, they get a good dusting..and I have no problems with fleas.
