I used these collars on my two cats for over a year now and have not seen any fleas. My cats did not have any adverse or allergic reactions to these collars as well. I stayed with a friend of mine for few days and brought my cats with me. My friend's cat and a dog are battling a flea problem, and I was afraid that my cats will come back infested with fleas. Although I saw few fleas here and there while visiting with my friend, once we got home, I gave my cats a flea bath and put the collars back on and have not seen fleas since then.
